Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized operation procedure in peritoneal dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:A total of 360 ESRD patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted from June 1,2021 to June 1,2023 were se-lected as the research objects. The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number ta-ble method, with 180 cases in each group. The routine nursing intervention was used in the control group, and the nursing intervention of standardized operation procedure was adopted in the experimental group. The uncertainty in illness(MUIS-A),renal function indexes(BUN and Scr),self-management ability and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After the intervention, the levels of BUN and Scr levels,MUIS-A score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The diet, exercise, daily intake of liquid and ion of self-management ability in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The emotion management of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The standardized operation procedure can reduce the uncertainty in illness of ESRD patients with peritoneal dialysis, improve the level of renal function indicators and the ability of self-management,and reduce the incidence of complications.
