Application of the Detailed Nursing Model based on"Internet+"in Postoperative Nursing Care of Glaucoma Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of deepening detailed nursing model based on"Internet+"in postoperative nursing care of glaucoma patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients with glaucoma surgery,treated from March 1,2022 to March 31,2023,were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group,and the deepening detailed nursing care based on"Internet+"was implemented in the observation group.The psychological state(SAS and SDS),quality of life(SF-36),postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores of the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The deepening detailed nursing model based on"Internet+"in postoperative nursing care of glaucoma patients can improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients after glaucoma surgery,reduce the risk of postoperative complica-tions,and improve nursing satisfaction as well.
