Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of perioperative pain management program in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury. Methods:A total of 86 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury, treated from September 1,2022 to September 1,2023,were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention, and the observation group was given intervention of perioperative pain management program. The visual analogue scale(VAS)score, effective rate of pain nursing intervention,self-efficacy,satisfaction and inci-dence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:On 1,3,and 7 days after operation,VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those on 1 day before operation(P<0.05),and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention, the effective rate and satisfaction of pain nursing intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GSES scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of compli-cations in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of perioperative pain man-agement program can reduce the pain score of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury and improve their pain care efficiency and self-effi-cacy,and improve satisfaction and reduce complications.
