Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of quantitative assessment based on ABCDEF bundle strategy and dynamic inter-vention strategy in critically ill patients with respiratory diseases.Methods:60 patients with critical respiratory disease, treated from May 1,2022 to April 1,2023,were selected as the control group, and routine nursing intervention was conducted, and other 60 patients admitted from May 1,2023 to February 1,2024 were selected as the study group, and the quantitative assessment based on ABCDEF bundle strategy and dynamic intervention strategy were implemented. The clinical effects, blood gas indexes, lung function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of antibiotic use and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After interven-tion,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)of the two groups was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the ar-terial partial pressure of carbon dioxide of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention, the ar-terial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),pH value, forced expiatory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:The application of quantitative assessment based on ABCDEF bundle strategy and dynamic intervention strategy in critically ill respir-atory patients can improve the clinical efficacy, promote faster recovery of patients, improve blood gas indexes and lung function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
