Application of Personalized care Combined with CICARE Communication model in Outpatients in ENT Clinic

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized care combined with CICARE communication model in outpatients in ENT clinic.Methods:A total of 256 patients who visited the ENT clinic from June 1,2022 to December 31,2023 were selected as the re-search objects by the convenient sampling method.128 patients who visited the ENT clinic from June 1,2022 to January 31,2023 were se-lected as the control group,and other 128 patients who visited the ENT clinic from February 1,2023 to December 31,were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing care in ENT clinic,while the experimental group was given personalized care combined with CICARE communication model.The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups be-fore and after nursing care.Results:After nursing care,the scores of tangible perception,reliability perception,response perception and guarantee perception in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant differ-ence in empathy perception between the two groups(P>0.05).The total scores of service attitude,communication ability,order of medical service in clinic,professional quality,nursing safety and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of personalized care combined with CICARE communication model in outpa-tients in ENT clinic can improve the evaluation of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.
