Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing model on prevention of postoperative medical device-related pressure in-jury(MDRPI)in ICU patients after cardiac surgery. Methods:A total of 96 patients who were admitted to the ICU after cardiac surgery from January 1,2021 to February 28,2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The routine nursing care was given in the control group and the targeted nursing model was conducted in the study group. The risk of Braden pressure ulcer assessment Scale(MDRPI),the incidence of MDRPI,the incidence of adverse reactions, coagulation function including thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombo-plastin time(APTT),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the Braden scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the Braden score of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of MDRPI in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of TT,PT and APTT in the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targted nursing model has a good effect on preventing MDRPI in ICU patients after cardiac surgery, which can reduce the incidence of MDRPI and the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve coagulation function and nursing satisfaction.
