Application of 5A Model Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma Treated with Seretide Aerosol

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of 5A model nursing intervention in postoperative patients with lung adenocarcinoma treated with seretide aerosol.Methods:A total of 58 postoperative patients with lung adenocarcinoma,admitted from June 1,2023 to March 1,2024,were divided into a 5A group and a routine group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with seretide aerosol.The routine perioperative nursing care was given in the routine group,and 5A model nurs-ing intervention was applied in the 5A group.The severity of cough using Leicester Cough Questionnaire in Mandarin-Chinese(LCQ-MC),the disappearance time of cough symptoms,cancer-related fatigue degree(RPFS),coping style(MCMQ)and quality of life(QLICP-LU)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the physiological,psychological and so-cial scores in LCQ-MC,the emotional,cognitive,sensory and behavioral fatigue scores in RPFS,and the avoidance and yield scores in MC-MQ were lower than those before the intervention in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in 5A group were lower than those in the rou-tine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath in the 5A group was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After the intervention,the score of facing in MCMQ and the scores of physical,psychological,social,common symptoms and side effects,and specific modules in QLICP-LU in the two groups were higher than those before the interven-tion(P<0.05),and the scores in 5A group was higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of 5A model nursing intervention in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma patients with seretide aerosol can alleviate the postoperative cough,reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
