Application of Tele-home-care to Respiratory Rehabilitation in Patients with Bronchiectasis in Stable Phase

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of tele-home-care to respiratory rehabilitation in patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase.Methods:A total of 80 patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase,admitted from April 1 to August 31,2022,were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given tele-home-care to pa-tients with respiratory rehabilitation.The intervention time of the two groups was 12 weeks.The mMRC,6MWT,FEV1,the scores of self-management ability and SGRQ were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the mMRC in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the 6MWT,FEV1 and the scores of self-management abili-ty were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the SGRQ scores of the two groups were lower after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the SGRQ scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tele-home-care to respiratory rehabilitation can effectively improve the lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase.
