Construction of an Evaluation Index System of the Core Competence for Nurses Applying Critical Care Ultrasound Technology

Abstract:Objective:Construct an evaluation index system of the core competence for nurses in the application of critical nursing ultra-sound technology,so as to provide a reference for training,assessment and ability evaluation of nurses.Methods:Literature review and semi-structured interviews were used to form a preliminary draft of evaluation indicators.Delphi method was used to consult 27 experts from 21 Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals in 15 provinces and cities in China,and expert opinions were summarized to form the final draft.Results:A total of 27 experts were included,and the effective response rates of questionnaires were 92.59%(25/27)and 96.00%(24/25),the expert authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.88 and 0.89,and the Kendall's W coordination coefficients were 0.237 and 0.333(P<0.001).The final evalua-tion indicators included 7 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 68 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation index system constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,thereby providing a reference for nurses' training,assessment and appointment.
