Application of Microoxygen Jet Technology in Patients with Chronic Wounds

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of microoxygen jet technology in patients with chronic wounds.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic wounds admitted from November 1,2022 to October 31,2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine dressing change,and the study group additionally received treatment of micro-oxygen jet technology.The healing effect,hospitality,quality of life(SF-36),bacterial positive rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of wound healing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The dressing changes take time,wound healing time,dressing change times,and depth of wound in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The positive rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and other bacterium in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Micro-oxygen jet technology can improve the healing of patients with chronic wounds,inhibit the propagation of bacteria,reduce the positive rate of bacteria,improve the wound heal-ing effect and the quality of life of patients.
