Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention with TCM characteristics following the concept of ERAS in postoperative kinesiophobia patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 108 patients with kinesiophobia after LDH surgery, admitted from June 1,2023 to November 1,2023,were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the study group and the control group with 54 cases in each group. The routine nursing care was given in the control group and the nursing intervention with TCM characteristics following the concept of ERAS was provided in the study group. The pain(NRS),the degree of kinesiophobia,self-efficacy(GSES)were compared between the two groups at different times. Results:The scores of kinesiophobia and NRS in the study group were lower than those in the control group in one week after operation,at discharge and one month after operation(P<0.01),and the GSES scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group at different time points(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing intervention with TCM characteristics based on ERAS concept can reduce and relieve the degree of ki-nesiophobia and pain in patients after LDH surgery, and is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.
