Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of information obstetric early warning intelligent decision-making system supplemented with hi-erarchical risk management on the maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women. Methods:A total of 150 critically ill preg-nant women who received stratified risk management intervention from January 1 to June 30,2022 were selected as the control group. In a 1∶1 ratio,150 critically ill pregnant women who received stratified risk management intervention assisted by an information-based obstetric early warning intelligent decision-making system from July 1,2022 to January 31,2023 were selected as the observation group. The success rate of treatment, family satisfaction, and maternal and infant outcomes were compare between two groups. Results:The success rate of treat-ment for pregnant and postpartum women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in preg-nant and postpartum women was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 10 minutes of birth, the Apgar level of newborns was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in newborns was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Information obstetric early warning intelligent decision-making system supplemented with hierarchical risk manage-ment in the management of emergency and critically ill pregnant and lying-in women can enhance the success rate of treatment and family satisfaction, and improve the maternal-infant outcomes.
