Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of continuous nursing under Ahmadi theory on medication compliance and prognosis of pa-tients after intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy.Methods:41 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent interventional sur-gery between May 1 and October 31,2021 were included in the control group and received routine nursing.41 patients who underwent in-terventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms admitted from November 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were included in the observation group and received continuous nursing under the Ahmadi theory. The medication compliance[Medication Adherence Scale(MAS)],health be-haviors[Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale(SRAHP)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)]and quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire for Cancer Patients(EORTCQLQ-C30)]were compared between two groups before and after intervention. The occurrence of complications of the two groups were recorded during intervention. Results:After intervention, the MAS,SRAHP,and CD-RISC scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the EORTCQLQ-C30 scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group has lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing under Ahmadi theory can enhance the medication compliance, health behavior ability and psychological resili-ence,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence rates of complications of patients with intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy.
