Application of Health Education and Psychological Resilience Support on WeChat Platform in Patients Undergoing Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of health education and psychological resilience support on WeChat platform in patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemor-rhage admitted from December 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group,according to the admission order.Both groups were given routine nursing,on the basis of which the control group was given routine health education and psychological intervention,and the observation group was given Wechat platform health education and psychological resilience support intervention.Health behavior scores,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,both groups had higher health behavior scores than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group has lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform health education and psychological resilience support can improve the health behavior and psychological status of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
