Abstract:Objective:To construct health risk identification indicators for elderly chronic disease patients based on social-ecological models. Methods:Based on the social-ecological model,a preliminary draft of health risk identification indicators was constructed through literature review and semi-structured interviews. From November 1 to December 31,2022,invite university teachers and clinical nursing staff engaged in chronic disease and epidemiological research to conduct Delphi expert inquiries and modify indicators. Results:Two rounds of expert inquiries were conducted, with expert positivity coefficients of 76.7%and 73.9%,and authority coefficients of 0.811 and 0.826,respectively.In the first round of inquiry, the Kendall harmony coefficient of indicators at all levels was 0.110~0.204(P<0.05).In the second round of inquiry, the Kendall harmony coefficient of indicators at all levels was 0.158~0.210(P<0.05).In the second round of in-quiry,the average score for assigning importance values to indicators at all levels was 4.29~5.00 points, with a coefficient of variation of 0.00~0.11.The final health risk identification indicators for elderly chronic disease patients include 5 first-level indicators,12 second-lev-el indicators, and 30 third-level indicators. Conclusion:The health risk identification indicators for elderly chronic disease patients construc-ted in this study are scientific and comprehensive, and can provide a basis for disease risk management in elderly chronic disease patients.
