Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of informatization-based medical and elderly care combined out-of-hospital inter-vention in the whole-course management of lymphoma patients.Method:A total of 273 lymphoma patients admitted from January 1 to June 30,2022 were selected as the control group, and routine out-of-hospital interventions were used.A total of 250 lymphoma patients admitted from July 1 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study group, and an information-based medical care combined out-of-hospital inter-ventions was implemented. The status of cancer-related fatigue using Cancer-related Fatigue Scale(CFS),psychological status using Profile of Mood States(POMS),coping strategies using Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and health behavior using Health-Promo-ting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After intervention, the CFS scores of all dimensions in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group were lower scores than those of the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the scores of the energy vitality dimension in both groups of POMS scores were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),while the scores of other dimensions were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group were better than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the yield and avoidance dimension scores in both groups of MCMQ scores were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),while the face dimension scores was higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the HPLP Ⅱ scores in all di-mensions in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group were higher those than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of informatization-based medical and elderly care combined with out-of-hospital interventions in the whole-course management of lymphoma patients can effectively improve their cancer-related fatigue and negative emotions, encourage them to approach the disease in a positive manner, and improve their health behavior.
