Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of multidisciplinary shared decision intervention strategy in the nursing of pa-tients with heart failure. Methods:A total of 82 patients with heart failure from January 1,2020 to January 31,2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received a combination of routine nursing care and multidisciplinary decision-making intervention strategy. The 6 mins walking test(6MWT),cognitive level(Heart Failure Knowledge Questionnaire of Chinese version),self-management behaviors[Self-care of Heart Fail-ure Index(SCHFI)],psychological state[Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),symptom check list-90(SCL-90)]and quality of life[Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)]before nursing and at 6 months after dis-charge,readmission rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the levels of 6MWT,Chinese version heart failure knowledge questionnaire scores, and SCHFI scores in both groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group has higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The SDS,SAS,SCL-90,and MLHFQ scores of both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The re-admission rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application value of multidisciplinary shared decision inter-vention strategy is high in the nursing of patients with heart failure, which can improve exercise tolerance, cognitive level,self-management ability, psychological state and quality of life, reduce readmission rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
