Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based self-management model in the nursing of perimenopausal women. Methods:A total of 120 perimenopausal women admitted from July 1,2022 to June 1,2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine treat-ment and care, while the observation group received routine treatment and evidence-based self-management nursing. The incidence of peri-menopausal syndrome, menopausal symptom scores(Modified Kupperman Scale),self-efficacy[General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)],and self-care abilities[Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)]were compared between two groups. Results:The incidence of perimenopa-usal syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the modified Kupperman scale in both groups were lower than that before intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group has lower scale than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 2 months of intervention, the GSES and ESCA scores in both groups were higher than those before inter-vention(P<0.01),and the observation group has higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The evidence-based self-management model can reduce the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome, improve self-efficacy,and improve self-care ability.
