Application of Humanistic Care Nursing Model Combined with Procedural Nursing in Patients with Liver Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of humanistic care nursing model combined with procedural nursing on the liver cancer patients after surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with liver cancer from January 1 to December 31,2021 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group adopted a humanistic care nursing model combined with procedural nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups underwent one month intervention.The psychological status[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],complica-tions and Quality of Life(QOL)score of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.01),and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total in-cidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL scores of all items in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of humanistic care nursing model and procedural nursing can not only effectively improve the postoperative psychological status of liver cancer patients,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve self-management ability.
