Application of Integrated Nursing Combined with Personalized Nutrition Intervention in Patients with Proximal Gastric Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention in patients with proxi-mal gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients with proximal gastric cancer admitted from July 1 to December 31,2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention.The incidence of gastric weakness,gastro-intestinal function,nutritional status,immune function,quality of life by QLO-C30 and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative gastric anaesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the gastrointestinal function,nutritional status and immune function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01),the QLO-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention in patients with proximal gastric cancer can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,im-prove their immune function,nutritional status and quality of life,and provide patients with high nursing satisfaction.
