Effect of Music Intervention Combined with Mindfulness Therapy in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing PCI

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of music intervention combined with mindfulness therapy in patients with coronary heart dis-ease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 92 patients with CHD undergoing PCI from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and the observation group(n=46).The con-trol group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological intervention based on music intervention combined with mindfulness therapy on the above basis.The perioperative anxiety and depression degrees by hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and ham-ilton depression scale(HAMD),the medication compliance by morisky medication adherence scale-8(MMAS-8),Quality of life by 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)on the 7th day after operation,and the incidence of vascular diseases 6 months after operation were com-pared between the two groups.Results:The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group on the 1st d and 7th d were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the MMAS-8 scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music intervention combined with mind-fulness therapy has a positive impact on patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI.It can relieve their perioperative anxiety and depression,and improve their compliance with nicorandil and their quality of life.
