Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of clinical care pathway of scenario simulation combined with evidence-based medical theory in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods:A total of 150 AF patients admitted to the cardiovascular medicine department between January 1,2021 and June 30,2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine care, and the observation group implemented clinical care pathway of scenario simula-tion combined with evidence-based medical theory, and nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The Morisky Medi-cation compliance questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group 6 months after the intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).All the self-care ability(ESCA)scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention at 6 months after intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse effects at 6 months after intervention were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, but the difference was not significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of clinical care pathway of scenario simulation combined with evidence-based medical theory in patients with AF can increase their adherence and improve their self-efficacy as well as their self-care ability when applied against arrhythmias.
