Application of Whole-process Quality Care Model Combined with Psychological Counseling Model in Patients with Renal Cancer Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-process quality care model combined with psychological counseling model in patients with renal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent renal cancer surgery from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The con-trol group adopted the conventional care model,and the observation group adopted the whole-process quality care model combined with psy-chological counseling model.The intervention effects the two groups were compared.Results:The preoperative anxiety and depression levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),the postoperative complication rate was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The whole-process quality care model combined with psychological counseling model can effectively reduce the preoperative anxiety and depres-sion levels of patients with renal cancer surgery,reduce the postoperative complication rate,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
