Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on 5G Network Information Platform in Patients with Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on 5G network information platform in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy from April 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups by randomized double-blind method.The control group was given the intervention of 5G network information platform on the basis of routine perioperative anesthesia nursing.The observation group was added with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status by the SAS and SDS,adverse reactions,quali-ty of life by SF-36,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the SF-36 scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on 5G network information platform can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression in patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery during anesthesia nursing,reduce the incidence of ad-verse reactions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
