Forty patients with single number were taken as control group and received routine health education. A total of forty cases of double number as observation group, giving priority content education program. The two groups were compared for compliance, menstrual cycle, health knowledge, and quality of life scores. The menstrual cycle of both groups was shorter than that before education, and the observation group was shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of the post-educational quality of life comprehensive assessment scale (GQOLI-74) were higher than those before the education, and the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
