Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the awareness rate of health education for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods: A total of 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted from March to May 2017 as a control group, no quality control circle activities were implemented. A total of 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted from October to December were used as observation groups to implement quality control circle activities. The health education awareness rate and health education satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared. Results:The awareness rate and the satisfaction of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Conducting quality control circle activities effectively improved the awareness rate and satisfaction of health education for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, enhanced the ability of nurses to communicate and coordinate problems, and strengthened the health education ability and team cohesion of nursing staff, and deepened the connotation of quality nursing.
