Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of psychological hierarchical management in patients with percutaneous coronary interven-tion. Methods:A total of 384 cases of percutaneous coronary intervention were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 192 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing care, while the observation group was given the psychological hierarchical management based on the control group. The sleep quality and psychological status of two groups were as-sessed by the Sleep Index of Pittsburgh(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after the treatment and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of PSQI,HAMA and HAMD in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Psychological hierarchical management is effective in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. It can effectively improve sleep quality, control bad mood and improve the quality of nursing service.
