Application of Individualized Oral Nursing Combined with Speech Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Tongue Cancer Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of individualized oral nursing combined with speech rehabilitation training in the patients with tongue cancer. Methods:A total of 82 cases of tongue cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention after operation. The observation group re-ceived individualized oral nursing combined with speech rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and the inter-vention effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The degree of oral cleanliness and oral comfort,and postoperative pronunciation rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the speech articulation score and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Individualized oral nursing combined with speech rehabilitation training can promote postoperative recovery of tongue cancer patients,im-prove oral environment and pronunciation,and improve patients' satisfaction.
