Effect of Comfort Care Based on High Quality Service Theory on Postoperative Patients with Colon Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comfort care based on high quality service theory on patients with colon cancer after oper-ation. Methods:A total of 100 colon cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,50 cases in each group. Group A was given routine nursing intervention. Group B was given comfortable nursing intervention based on quality service theory,and the nurs-ing effect of two groups was compared. Results:3、5 d after the intervention,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(P < 0. 05). Anal exhaust time,extubation time and postoperative hospitalization time of group B were significantly shorter than those in the group A(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The comfort care based on the theory of high quality service can effectively improve the anxiety state and sleep quality of patients with colon cancer after op-eration,and help the patients recover after operation.
