Application of Authorized Health Education in Patients with Bone Metastasis of Prostate Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of authorized health education in patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer,and on the patients′self-efficacy,quality of life and negative emotion. Methods:From April in 2016 to April in 2017,a total of 64 cases with bone me-tastasis of prostate cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given authorized health education. The level of self-efficacy,qual-ity of life and negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results:After health education,the self-efficacy score in the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of authorized health education in patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer can effectively improve their self-efficacy level,improve their quality of life and reduce their negative emotions,which is worth promoting.
