Application of the Whole Course Multi-directional Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in the Patients after the Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the whole course multi-directional rehabilitation nursing intervention on the patients after the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament. Methods:A total of 84 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing care, and the intervention group was given multi-directional rehabilitation nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The compliance of functional exercise in observation group was significantly better than that in control group at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after the operation(P < 0. 05),and the mobility of knee joint was significantly better than that in control group at 2 weeks and 1 month after the operation(P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of stiffness of knee joint between the two groups at 3 months after the operation(P > 0. 05). Conclusion:The whole course multi-directional rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of the patients after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL),and pro-mote the recovery of the knee joint activity.
