Application of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Radical Prostatectomy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical pros-tatectomy. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group re-ceived rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the recovery of urinary function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). There were sta-tistically significant differences in the duration of incontinence and the subjective well-being of the two groups(P < 0. 05). The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the score of quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of urinary function,relieve the bad mood and im-prove the quality of life in the patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.
