Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on multidrug resistant bacteria in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods:A total of 771 COPD patients who admitted in September of 2015 to September of 2016 were selected as the control group and was given the routine nursing intervention .A total of 832 cases who admitted in September of 2016 to September of 2017 were selected as the observation group ,and was given the comprehensive nursing intervention .The distribution of multidrug resist-ant bacteria ,nosocomial infection rate and hospitalization conditions of two groups were compared and analyzed and gene detection in the control group was carried out .Results:68 strains of multidrug-resistant bacteria were isolated from the control group ,and 41 strains were i-solated from the observation group .The proportion of drug-resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 14.7%, then increased to 36.6%.The detection of drug-resistant genes found that there were severe multidrug resistance in the hospital and the cloned infection of the hospital. The rate of hospital infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the hospitalization condition was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidrug resistant bacteria were the main pathogens of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory infection ;therefore,to give effective intervention measures is to prevent and control the spread of multidrug resistant bacteria in patients ,thereby to reduce the rate of hospital infection .
