Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment compliance ,nerve and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods:According to the time of admission ,a total of 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into the control group and the study group ,65 cases in each group ,and all received routine medical treatment .The control group was intervened by traditional nursing mode .The study group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the con -trol group.The treatment compliance,nerve(CSS)and limb movement(FMI)score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the CSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,and the FMI score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01),and the scores of quality of life in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with acute ischemic stroke can improve treatment compliance ,improve nerve and limb movement ability ,and improve their quality of life .
