The Influence of Motivational Interview Combined with Psychological Intervention on the Self-perceived Burden and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of MI ( motivational interview ) on the self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 174 cases of AMI patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group with 87 cases in each group .The control group adopted routine nursing care and psychological intervention in cardio -vascular medicine ,while the combination group adopted MI intervention on the basis of the control group .Before the intervention and 2 weeks after the intervention , self-perceived burden [ self-perception burden scale ( SPB ) ] , psychological burden of accompanying family members [ Zarit caregiver burden inventory ( ZBI) ] ,the quality of life of patients [ the coronary heart disease scale of the system of quality of life instruments for chronic disease ( QLICD-CHD) ] ,heart rate variability ( HRV) parameters [ Sinus Cardiac R-R interval standard devi-ation(SDNN),R-R interval exceeds 50 ms beats ratio(pNN50)],and self management ability [general self-efficacy scale(GSES)、coro-nary ariery disease self-management scale(CSMS)] changes were compared between two groups and the incidence of two groups of cardio -vascular adverse events in 2 weeks was analyzed .Results:2 weeks after the intervention ,the SPB and ZBI scores of two groups were signifi-cantly lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05),and the combination group′s were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after the intervention, two groups′scores of QLICD-CHD,GSES,CSMS and the level of SDNN and pNN50 were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the combination group′s were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the combination group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Con-clusion:MI combined psychological intervention can significantly alleviate the burden of self -perception in AMI patients ,improve the quali-ty of life of the patients ,and be beneficial to the prognosis .
