Application of External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Degenerative Knee Joint

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) on patients with degenerative knee joint.Methods:A total of 220 patients with knee degeneration were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization ,110 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing ,while the observation group was given external treatment nursing technology on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results:After the intervention of the two groups ,there are statistically significant differences in the scores of NRS digital grading ,the score of Lysholm knee joint function and the satisfaction rate (P<0.05).Conclusion:The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain symptoms of the patients with degenerative knee joint and improve the ability and satisfaction of the knee joint.
