Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Surgical Outpatient

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in surgical outpatient.Methods:A total of 120 pa-tients receiving surgical outpatient treatment were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group ,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care ,and the intervention group was given high-quality nursing service on the basis of the control group.The assessment scores of anxiety ,depression,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results:After intervention ,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) ,Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in intervention group were all significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service model can improve the patients′anxiety and depression in the surgical outpatient ,relieve the pain and improve the patient′s satisfaction.
