Abstract:Objective:To explore application of foreseeable nursing in pre-hospital emergency for patients with acute myocardial infarc-tion.Methods:A prospective randomized case-control study was conducted.A total of 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction were di-vided into the study group and the control group ,32 cases in each group. The control group received routine pre-hospital care ,and the study group was given predictive nursing procedure on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications ,the time of pre-hospital e-mergency ,the mortality rate and the rate of rehospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of complica-tions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05),and the effective rescue time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the emergency response time was significantly shorter in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing procedure in pre-hospital care for patients with suspected acute myocardi-al infarction can significantly shorten the time of treatment ,reduce the mortality and incidence of complications ,and is beneficial for the prognosis of patients.
