Application of Health Care Cooperative Health Education in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of health care cooperative health education in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods:A total of 65 patients with COPD in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the observation group ,and 65 patients with COPD were selected as the control group at the same time .The control group was given routine nursing care ,and the observation group was given medical care cooperative health education on the basis of the control group .The recovery conditions of pulmonary function were compared between the two groups .The exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and COPD assess-ment test questionnaires(CAT)were used to compare the two groups′self-care ability and quality of life.Results:There was a significant difference in pulmonary function index ,ESCA score and CAT score of the two groups before and after the nursing care (P<0.05,P<0.01).The pulmonary function index ,ESCA score and CAT score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the con -trol group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Health care cooperative health education can improve patients cognition and self -management ability,change unhealthy lifestyle ,reduce disease recurrence and improve quality of life .
