Influence of Hierarchical Management on the Quality of Ward Nursing Management and Patient Satisfaction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of nurse level management on the quality of ward nursing management and patient satisfac -tion.Methods:Atatal of 90 nurses were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,45 in each group.In the control group,the platform management mode was implemented .The observation group was implemented the hierarchical management mode on the basis of the platform management .The comprehensive nursing quality ,the comprehensive quality of the two groups and the satisfaction rate of the patients to the nurses were compared .Results:The comprehensive nursing quality of the observation group ,the comprehensive profes-sional quality and the satisfaction degree of the patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nurse hierarchical management mode can effectively improve the quality of comprehensive nursing ,improve nurses′theoretical knowl-edge and professional comprehensive quality ,so as to improve the quality of holistic nursing in hospitals .
