Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Pregnant Women with Gestational Hypertension

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the blood pressure and the perinatal outcome of preg -nant women with gestational hypertension .Methods:A total of 106 cases of gestational hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,53 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing intervention ,and the observation group received high quality nursing intervention on this basis of the control group .The incidence of systolic pressure ( SBP ) , diastolic pressure (DBP)and poor perinatal outcome in the two groups were compared before and after nursing care .Results:After nursing care,the SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01),and the incidence of maternal and infant perinatal adverse outcome in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:High qual-ity nursing intervention can effectively control the blood pressure level of pregnant women with gestational hypertension , reduce the inci-dence of maternal and infant perinatal adverse outcome ,and ensure the health of mother and child .
