Application of Detailed Nursing Management in Psychiatric Inpatients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effects of detail nursing management in psychiatric inpatients .Methods:A total of 998 hospitalized patients who were admitted from January to December of 2015 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care.A total of 1032 hospitalized patients who were admitted from January to December of 2016 were selected as the observation group and received detailed nursing management .The incidence of nosocomial infection , nursing satisfaction and nursing service quality of the two groups were compared .Results:The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate and nursing service quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detailed nursing management is beneficial to reduce the incidence of nosoco -mial infection,improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction .
