Investigation on Management Knowledge and Current Situation of Heart Failure Disease in Community Medical Staff
Abstract：Objective:To understand the management knowledge and current situation of heart failure disease in community medical staff,and provide the basis for the related training programs .Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to extract 123 medical workers from 4 community health service centers in Nanjing .A questionnaire of "community health care workers′knowledge of heart failure management and current status"was applied.Results:The score of heart failure disease management knowledge was (11.33 ±4.27) points,each item average accuracy rate was 40.48％;there was a statistically significant difference in professional knowledge score of dif -ferent age and occupation(P<0.05).The current situation is that there is deficient and difficult in medication ,organizing patient activity, follow-up,communication with medical staff ,and disease management information system for heart failure management .Conclusion:The knowledge and development status of heart failure management in community medical staff is not optimistic ,especially for young and junior medical staff .It is urgent to receive targeted training for heart failure management ,so as to improve the knowledge and ability of heart fail-ure management .
