Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of responsibility system of the medical care cooperation on patients with total knee replace-ment. Methods:A total of 43 cases of total knee arthroplasty from January to June of 2016 were selected as the control group. They were giv-en routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation training. From July to December of 2016,53 patients were selected as the observation group, and the medical care cooperation responsibility system was adopted. The two groups′visual analogue score( VAS) ,exercise compli-ance,postoperative knee joint activity and functional recovery status were compared. Results:7d after the operation, the two groups′ VAS scores were significantly lower than those of the same group 1 d after the operation(P<0. 01),and 7 d after the operation, the observation group′s VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 01);the observation group′s exercise compliance was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). 3、7、14 d after the operation, the postoperative knee joint activity was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group(P<0. 05);the observation group′s function recovery status was higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The responsibility system of medical care cooperation can relieve pain after total knee arthroplasty, improve exer-cise compliance and promote recovery of knee function, which is worthy of clinical application.
