Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients after Retinal Detachment Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients after retinal detachment surgery. Meth-ods:A total of 66 cases of retinal detachment after operation were randomly divided into the control group(32 cases) and the observation group(34 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention after the operation,and the observation group received compre-hensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results:There was a statistically significant difference in symptom checklist(SCL-90)scores of two groups,postoperative pain conditions and quality of life scores(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compre-hensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of the patients after retinal detachment,alleviate pain and im-prove the quality of life.
