Effect of Individualized Nutritional Support Combined with Functional Exercise on Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized nutritional support combined with functional exercise on patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods:A total of 50 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction admitted from May of 2014 to April of 2015 were selected as the control group. They were given conventional nursing care. A total of 50 patients undergo-ing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction admitted from May of 2015 to April of 2016 were selected as the observation group, and the pa-tients were given individualized nutritional support combined with functional exercise in. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:3,5 d after the operation, the level of serum albumin of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Active functional exercise start time, first leaving bed time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0. 05). The good rate of knee joint function was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05),and the rate of activity discomfort was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Individual nutrition-al support combined with functional exercise can promote postoperative knee function recovery, improve nutritional status and activity com-fort of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
