Application of the Intervention Based on the Concept of Feedforward Control in the Patients after Intertrochanteric Comminuted Fracture Fixa-tion of Femur
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the intervention based on the concept of feedforward control in the patients with intertro-chanteric comminuted fracture fixation of the femur. Methods:A total of 156 cases of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture of the femur were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital table method,78 cases in each group. In the control group, the routine nursing method was adopted, and the experimental group was based on the concept of feedforward control to im-plement reasonable and effective nursing measures. The clinical efficacy, incidence of complications, anxiety and depression, body mass in-dex( MBI) ,motor function assessment( FMA) score, quality of life( QOL-BREF) score and nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0. 05), the incidence of complications, anxiety and depression were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0. 05),and the scores of MBI,FMA,QOL-BREF and nursing satisfaction were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:The intervention based on the concept of feedforward control for patients after femoral intertrochanteric comminuted fractures fixation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, postoperative complication rate and negative emotion level, improve daily living ability, limb movement function, quality of life and satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
