Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Path in Patients with Renal Biopsy

Abstract：Objective:To explore application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing path in patients with renal biopsy. Methods:A total of 64 cases with renal biopsy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine routine nursing care. After admission,the experimental group were normalized and standard-ized nursing care in accordance with the time node of the nursing path table after admission. On one day before the operation,one week af-ter the operation,one month after the operation,the two groups′ mastery of knowledge of disease knowledge and patient self-efficacy level were compared. Results:On one day before the operation,one week after the operation,one month after the operation,the scores of mastery of knowledge of disease and self-efficacy levels of the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway to patients with renal biopsy can optimize the nursing work flow,improve the effect of nursing intervention and the self efficacy of the patients.
