Mediating Effect of Psychological Congruence Intervention on Psychological Stress and Depression in Patients with Tumor Particle Implantation

Abstract:Objective:To explore the mediating effect of psychological congruence intervention on psychological stress and depression in patients with tumor particle implantation. Methods:A total of 560 cases of tumor patients were selected as the research object. The sense of coherence scale(SOC-13),perceived stress scale(CPSS Chinese Edition),Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) were applied to evaluate patients′mental and psychological pressure and depressive symptoms. Results:The average score of psychological pressure was(41. 65 ± 8. 33) in patients with tumor particle implantation,the average score of psychological coherence was(62. 35 ± 9. 92),the average score of depressive symptoms was(20. 82 ± 4. 20),and the three step test of mediated effect was significant. Conclu-sion:Psychological congruence intervention has a mediating effect between psychological stress and depression,and is partly mediated. Ac-tively exploring factors conducive to mental health can not only provide guidance for medical staff to mental health education for patients, but also help patients to maintain their physical and mental health and reduce the incidence of depression.
