Application of Early Warning Intervention Combined with Whole Course Midwifery Nursing in the Second Pregnant Women after Cesarean Sec-tion
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of early warning intervention combined with whole course midwifery nursing in the second pregnant women after cesarean section. Methods:A total of 94 cases of cesarean section after pregnancy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional midwifery care, and the ob-servation group was given early warning intervention combined with midwifery nursing care. The natural childbirth rate, incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia, duration of labor, postpartum pain and anxiety, bleeding volume and nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results:The observation group′s natural birth rate and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly higher than that in the control group. The observation group′s incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower than that of con-trol group(P<0. 05);the observation group′s labor time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0. 05). 24 hours after the delivery, the observation group′s visual analogue scale( VAS) scores and self-rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:After the cesarean section, the implementation of early warning intervention com-bined with midwifery nursing care can significantly improve the vaginal delivery rate, shorten the labor time and improve the satisfaction rate of the second pregnant women.
